Meta Data Deletion
This page exists for Meta review: how to request deletion of your data linked to DFTR's Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp integrations.
1. How to request deletion
Email privacy@dftr.dev from your registered email with subject “Meta data deletion” including your business name, or disconnect the account inside DFTR then request deletion via the contact page. We acknowledge every request within 5 business days.
2. What gets deleted
Full purge — not just unlinking: any stored Meta tokens, linked Page / Instagram / WhatsApp asset IDs, and cached chat logs.
3. Timeline
All data permanently deleted within 30 days of request, with email confirmation on completion. Tax records retained under Egyptian law never include any Meta data.
